Hired Stern to rep me in landlord/tenant court. Tenant owed me $8,000 in back rent and $4,000 in damages to the apt. Tenant moved out before eviction. Tenant goes to Sterns office and gets SURRENDER AGREEMENT STATING THAT TENANT IS NOT LIABLE FOR BACK RENT OR DAMAGES TO APT. Agreement made without my knowledge or consent.
