Sterlings store and employees have been great on helping us out with information needed for my son's work have been here about 4 times and we will be back

the service sucks and the people are very rude don't waste your money there go somewhere else
On 3 Sep 14 about 1300, I recently was referred to this company from NARDIS in search of a USA Flag bar pin, and I tried calling them to see if they have the item in stock. I am a deaf individual who work in private security firm, and I was connected with a lady who was VERY rude, spoke too fast, and would not let me type my request before being hung up 4 times. She threatened to call the police on me, and told me not to call them again.
Absolutely terrible customer service, Rude employees who will treat you like garbage if you dare disagree or argue with them even though they are wrong. Take your money to another business that actually values your business this place stinks!
