Dewayne is an absolutely disgusting dispatcher. He's hot headed, belittling, and an outright bully. This man is about to to cost his company dearly financially.
Poor experience when I applied here
Poor application process from Donna who was the recruiter I dealt with. I have every right as an applicant to keep my options open to other companies and once she found out I had applied elsewhere she disregarded my entire application and the process that was already in place. Look elsewhere, especially if you have a clean driving record and work history. There’s better places hiring.
I began working at STS in 2011 and enjoyed the job a great deal. One of best places I have ever driven for. I had to leave because of situations in my personal life. The management,guys in the shop,and the drivers,were all easy to talk to.
