Excellent communication and follow up. Sat down with us on our first visit as new customers to understand our finances and taxes. Gave us great advice to help us out with our future taxes, and we saw the payoff this year. Fast service and reasonably priced. Such a welcome change from our previous tax advisor. Poor communication and follow-up. Overburdened and out of their league. Cost me over $3,000 in bungled communications. Would not recommend.
