I have been banking with Sterling for twenty plus years, both with my business and personally. Everyone at the bank is always courteous, professional and quick to help with whatever my needs may be. They always greet me by name whenever I walk inside. I always recommend Sterling Bank to everyone for a vastly more personal and friendly experience than any of the large chain banks.
i came here to get quarters a few months back and the lady told me she can’t keep giving me quarters without a bank acct i actually thought about opening one up but i would never ! There’s multi ppl that i personally know who get quarters from this bank all the time without a bank acct and has never had issues. Idk if it’s because i’m a young blk girl or what! But it def puts a bad taste in my mouth! I would recommend this bank to no one! i’ll just stay with wings financial and wells fargo !
