Sterling is great. I had trouble with my DC-DC charger. Jeff helped me troubleshoot. We determined it was the charger, and he replaced it under warranty with no issues. I will buy their products in the future!! Great customer service and support of their products!!
Sterling has amazing customer service! I thought I had ran into an issue with my unit, but it turned out I was doing something incorrectly to install it. The team at Sterling were really responsive and supportive in working through the diagnosis. Since then the unit has been working flawlessly, and I know if I ever run into any issues there's a team there who are obsessed with making sure their units work!

That the US office is staffed by knowledgeable folks who stand behind their products and provide quick one on one product support.
