This is Audrey Dotson & I’m into my third week of physical therapy at the Owingsville location & I am very happy with the progress I am making! The staff is wonderful & very good at their profession! I appreciate their kindness, the way they challenge me to give the best I can with the therapy, & all the effort they put forth to help me keep moving forward to a full recovery!
I have nothing but good things to say about Sterling Physical Therapy. They helped me before and after a total hip replacement with pain management techniques and strengthening exercises. Every week I made progress and my treatment was adjusted to address new difficulties and meet new goals. I would recommend any of the PT’s or Tech’s, they’ve each made a positive impact on my rehabilitation. Great physical therapists!! Really giving me a good workout. Also, they send home exercises to my phone. It gives an explanation of each and I can mark them completed each time I finish one. Great place!!!

Great people and knowledgeable! They helped get my neck movement back to normal plus Christen dry needling helped stop my neck muscles from spasming. Highly recommend
