I worked here for 3 months and I did not like one thing about this place. I was charged $30 multiple times for a meal ticket to eat and I sat and watched my coworkers sit down and eat with the residents during breakfast and lunch , mind you no Charge. My white co worker went on his lunch break during lunch time for the residents very busy time and yet he still has a job , not only Did he leave a resident in the tub room but the resident was locked in the tub room For a least 45 mins and he still has a job, because he follows... read more
My mom is at sterling Park. She gets wonderful care The staff is very supportive and friendly.
Would not recommend, the staff and nurses do not respond to residents for help and when guests need assistance they will ignore you, my mother 93 years old wanted to ask a question, they shut the office doors in her face. Now they discontinued the resident interned service , now every resident will have to pay for internet. Food is very bad.
