They need more tellers. Long wait when I went into the bank
Rude lady needs to learn some manners. Shocked it was the district manager too I don’t recommend this bank.
Platform staff is there to sell product. If you have a mortgage with Webster you are instructed to call that department. They seem to be a totally separate entity. Platform staff attempted to help me, but were told they couldn't talk to them. I was there...very frustrating, if it wasn't so difficult to move all my banking I would do so. Virtually no interest on savings and so on!
