Poorly managed! – This bank is the worst I have ever been to, and I have worked for a rival bank in the past. Anytime an employee knows what he or she is doing they get transferred or fired, which means you hardly ever get the benefit of an experience, well trained staff. When the bank is busy, none of the reps at the desks will perform any transaction to help the overburdened tellers, but will sit staring into space.
