Since the most recent merger, the service has deteriorated. The automated system doesn't always work, and getting information on the telephone from a live person isn't easy. I don't want to be put on hold for five full minutes. (The tellers, however, are great). However, after 50 years as a customer, I will be closing my account next month. The service isn't good enough to justify the parking nightmare.
