Absolutely horrendous since the transition occurred where Astoria Federal savings became Sterling National bank. They’ve been nothing but subpar in their services. They have changed my account type without my consent, which I had to go in to change back. Then they started charging me $10 A MONTH for a printed statement even though I had already signed up for paperless statements.
