I gave 5 star because of one person who works at this location and her name is Nela. Nela should be the face of Webster Bank, she is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and helping my mom who is a senior citizen with special needs. There should be more workers available like Nela to give the same attention, support and care in a timely manner to other customers who have been a staple at this bank for years who are now seniors. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
Worst customer service ever! I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment because a couple that did not have an appointment signed in moments before I did. I missed my whole lunch brake and was unable to handle other business. Appointments are unnecessary to make they will tell you that once they have you waiting.
