So far since they have changed from Astoria to Sterling the service has been going downhill. Now every visit takes over 30mins. I have now been in line for 45mins. And everyone in line is complaining. They have multiple people working but only one teller available. For those that are rating 4 and 5 stars please share with us the days and time frame of your visit. Maybe that would improve my experience.

Well it has to be one of the best locations. It is right at the junction of flatbush and nostrand Avenue. They must send their top staff to this location. I had a pleasant experience at this location
