I've been banking here for years (when it was Sterling), never had a problem. Moved out of state, but still bank here. No complaints.
My bank account was hacked on a Thursday, so I went in and reported it as fraud, they told me that the charges were stopped and that they wouldn't go through. They ended up going through anyway on Saturday. I couldn't go in to talk to someone or call anyone for 2 days cause they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. I finally went there yesterday on Monday and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and gave me a phone number and told me to report it and solve it myself basically. The new(we) manager keeps trying to profile me, and keeps calling cops over when I am there, but she doesn't know what she is talking about and is definitely not qualified in human resources. That is illegal to slander and liable someone image or profile them especially when you are looking at the picture completely in the wrong direction.
