HORRIBLE customer service! Mrs. Pena as others have pointed out is unprofessional and seems clueless to be the Branch Manager or any other role in Congers location. She had no idea of an answer that clearly had to be in their system about an account and instead told me had to talk to the person that filled out the paperwork that wasn't there! Granted this paperwork took place in person a month ago with another person at bank and she needed to reach him (he was out that day) to talk to him. I'm sorry but you need to talk to s... read more

I’ve been with this bank for 15 years now and have never been mistreated at all. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I have a business account as well as personal but I can’t do Zelle with the business account and I could with another bank so the option is available just not from Webster. It’s really my only gripe. But the tellers at the drive up are always polite and smiling and that’s what makes me happy. Fanman ps teller 73 is definitely my favorite
I just read some previous reviews re: Mrs Pena and her staff at Webster Bank located in Congers NY. I have been banking at that location since the bank was Provident then changed to Sterling and presently Webster, I have found previous managers and staff to always be helpful and courteous and find Mrs Peña and her staff to have even improved on that. I find it hard to believe the negative remarks I have read.
