Since the Newburgh branch closed a few years back and sterling switched to Webster I have got nothing but horrible service, BUT the last two times I’ve had to travel to an actual branch I’ve chose to go to their Florida location. Melissa has helped me both times and she’s fantastic! She’s quick, thorough and always solves any issue I’m having! Thanks melissa!
Branch had great service. Online customer service not as good, although they say there are a number of trainees.
Since the merger / takeover by Webster Bank (formerly Sterling Bank, formerly Warwick Savings, formerly National Bank of Florida), the personal and convenient part of this bank has been greatly depleted. Have tried calling numerous branches (on many different occasions, on different days and times) and it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to reach a live person to ask about making an appointment or an inquiry about my accounts.
