I truly thought I reviewed this branch 3 years ago. The manager at this branch is HORRIBLE. He makes his own rules in defiance of bank policy regarding deposits and yet has been allowed to stay on as manager. As others who’ve reviewed this bank stated, the manager is RUDE!!! I don’t go to this branch anymore as I will not be made to feel I’m doing something wrong when I need to deposit cash. Truly don’t understand how they’ve allowed him to stay on as Manager.
Worst branch I ever been too. The manager thinks your money is his money, he doesn't have respect for the clients, and frankly he needs to be replaced

Bank Manager, David Isaac, refuses cash deposits even if you go in hours before closing. Told we HAD to use night drop. Told manager that's not an option. David Isaac told me we could take our business elsewhere.
The manger guy who ever he is it just plain rude. I need him to do authorization for my check and he acts like I'm asking him for so much. That is your job and he acts that way multiple times. Then he tells me he can't do it there about to close. They say they close at 6 and I would come at 2 that doesn't make sense. They should really do something about it cause who wants to go to a bank they can't trust.
