Very happy with my purchase! The store is absolutely beautiful, everything is displayed so nicely, and there’s a wide variety of furniture and accessories to choose from. Finally got news yesterday, and I am updating it at 4 stars since the person seems very nice. ***************** I'm a bit disappointed as I have no news from this business. I've placed my order on March 13, received the order confirmation and radio silence. Not one news or update on an ETA or even if they do have the stock. Can someone please respond back Thank you
Poor quality materials, not responsible customer service. Half year ago I bought sofa from Sterling House and after 4 months, as you can see, there are visible changing of shape on the seating area despite normal use. This has affected the overall appearance and comfort of the sofa. I sent email to customer service with questions about it, but passed 2 months and still it wasn't responded. I purchased 2 furniture pieces from the company Jan 4th which came to about $1400 including shipping, and then had zero contact from them after receiving the invoice plus additional shipping invoice and paying both in full immediately. My husband and I purchased a dining set and purchased their 5 year Elite Warranty. About 2 years later, a chair leg broke so we reached out for a chair leg replacement. Peter responded once saying he will update asap. It has been 2 months since and they have been ignoring my multiple follow up emails.
