If you want your family neglected and have everything stolen from them. Place them here in Mckeesport. The manager or adminastraters that have been in place are as bad as some of the patients, and have no clue what is going on. Patients go into rooms steal snacks and clothes ( phones x's 2) It is a complete circus. I have seen them serve a chicken patty and a tablespoon of vegs and call that dinner. No snacks are given. My mom moved into Sterling with her cat Mookie. . .my sister and I are both far away from my mom so to trust her care to complete strangers is not easy. . .I have to share that we are so VERY blessed to have found Sterling Home! Our mother has been treated with such dignity and care already. . .she's already been taken out for trips to Walmart and The Dollar Tree which are more fun for her then Disneyland! Terrible place ! Dirty no decent meals hardly no staff! They get paid hardly nothing ,don’t put anyone you love in here ! Disgusting !
