While visiting family took a tour there and the place was clean and well managed.
My brother has been there for less than 2 days. Its 85 degrees in his room, he laying in sweat, the phones they give them to use cut out constantly (his cell phone died while he was in the hospital) and they didn't know anything about his care such as needing would care twice a week. If your loved one need a rehab facility, this ain't it.
Feels like family when walking in,lots of smiles, housekeepers very nice and careing,our administration officers are very nice and careing for our residents of our facility ,Cna and Nurses are kind ,there's no doubt about Sterling Hills Rehabilitation...
