I take a family member to her appointment yearly. The Dr pushed the sales pitch on her way to hard, and now she's stuck with an expensive monthly payment for her hearing aids. 😔 Also, everytime her appointment comes up, they call her to see if she can reschedule it to their time. Also once I bring her. She waits 30 minutes to an hour before seeing the Dr, plus the additional time once she's called for her turn. I think it's very unprofessional! But, now she's stuck going here for now.
