Sterling is just the best kind of person. She treats her clients as people too and not just as a set of numbers and diagnoses. She is absolutely accepting of any kind of lifestyle as long as it is approached in a healthy way, and is the most kind and gentle practitioner that there could be. I highly recommend you seek her services whether or not you already have a “medical doctor”. She will work in tandem with whatever healing system you already have in place and will be a benefit in any situation.

You get to that age where you realize health and wellness are most important if you want to continue with a high quality of living, traditional medicine doesn't offer that. Sterling Hart gives me belief I can achieve that. She takes the time to listen in an easy intimate atmosphere, this time I will follow through and improve my life.
