I've done business with Sterling Financial several years ago and have also worked as a subcontractor for their office in Savannah GA for recovery services. Although, my past experiences with this company was great and the management team and staff was awesome. worst loan company i have ever deal with,no personality, no customer call back, when i walk in the office no welcome just ken i help you no introduction of company or name. office is not professional, no interest to writing loans, don't care attitude, just not professional no job knowledge. office people needs some professionalism. lack skills in dealing with customer.
