I had a situation with my account. I thought there was a transaction that was fraudulent so I wanted it to be reported to the fraud department. I know her personally since I worked there for many years, but I was still very impressed with her professionalism and accuracy of what I needed. Last Thursday I went and withdrawn $40. I went in this morning to withdraw only $20 but was told I couldn't withdraw without my father present due to my account being a minor account. Keep in mind I turned 18 two weeks ago. Very unpleasant experience.
We have been banking at sterling federal bank for at least 4 years and the people at this facility is very friendly and goes out of there way to help in anyway they can
