Having a great experience here at Ateelincare Riverside staff are very professional and caring. I think the management is very caring abd i always enjoy my tberapy its the best part of this gig!!!
They where great they took great care of me got me walking again and dancing lol
I had a blast at Sterling care riverside!!! Staff was amazing, food needed spicing up but I'm grateful for my stay!! Happy to be back in tip top shape!!
Update- I was contacted by the facility administrator and was able to talk about our experience there. He was willing to listen to our concerns our mom’s care while there. Hopefully this will help someone else. No matter where your parent goes, keep close tabs on everything because I think care issues happen at all of them. Our elderly mom was there for three weeks. I’m giving a 1 star rating. There are a few select staff there that are great. They treated my grandmother with dignity and actually cared about her well fair. They did their best and it really showed. However, If you have a loved one with dementia or can’t advocate for themselves watch this place like a hawk! Try to check in at different times throughout the day. Ask questions. Questions about what/how much they ate and drank. Bathroom habits, ect… My grandmother was there for a fractured hip.
