Very kind and caring staff!
My aunt needed the help of the Social Worker. She was wonderful and made a significant difference in my aunt's comfort level with an appeal she had to file for an extension.
My husband has been in this facility for the past 3 months and I have not been impressed. There are a few very nice, caring people working here that have looked out for my husband whom I greatly appreciate. However, why does it take 30-45 minutes or more to answer a patient's call button? Especially for those that can't function without help. How will my husband ever learn to use the bathroom, if it's just easier to keep him in a diaper instead?
