Beware of where you are putting your loved ones if you really care about them and their well being. My mom was there bc she had a mini stroke. I received one complaint after another each and every day. It seemed like most of the complaints were regarding the evening staff. Alot of the aides were either nasty, rude or just plain ignored you. Worst nursing home I’ve encountered. My grandmother was in and out of nursing homes for years. She spent her final years of life at this place. Throughout the years she had her belongings stolen, she was sexually assaulted, treated poorly by staff, and towards the end of her life on multiple occasions I had to bring her food because they didn’t bring her her meals. Staff are always friendly but very busy. Not enough staffing. The rooms have clear damage on walls. Noting inside the rooms for patients to look at but a tv if it is working.
Lack of quality staff, administration at this center does not care about the care that our loved ones are getting. I have raised several concerns with the nurse Mgr and Director, but I'm told we are short staffed. Parking is horrible due to the staff parking right in front of the facility and the closeness to the front door for them. Visitors have to park on the street or at the liquor store down the street.
