Took horrible care of my father-in-law. Zero stars for negligence.
DO NOT, I BEG YOU, DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE! It is an absolute horrid facility. They neglected my dad. If someone didn't feed him, he didn't eat. If I could give them zero stars, I would; one star indicates some sort of rating, and it won't let you give a negative rating. There are bedsores on him. Pressure sore on his heel that was at least 2-3 inches in diameter...should have been seen days, if not weeks, before it was found. So that means they never changed his socks. I wouldn't even give them a one star. My mom is in there now and I'm so disgusted with the care that she has got from the CNA's. if I could bring her home, I would.
Beware of where you are putting your loved ones if you really care about them and their well being. My mom was there bc she had a mini stroke. I received one complaint after another each and every day. It seemed like most of the complaints were regarding the evening staff. Alot of the aides were either nasty, rude or just plain ignored you.
