Really pleasant staff. Business office manager and Rehab manager are Amazing They answered all of my questions after my walk through with no hesitation. I could sense that practice what they preach.
I visited Sterling Care Bethesda to do a tour and I was impressed as soon as I walked through the door. The floors we beautifully shined the smile that the receptionist had when I entered was inviting. The Physical Therapy department staff was impressive as I watched them work. The Business Office gave me the information I needed to make a better decision and to understand the Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and the Gateway unit staff welcomed me. I visited Sterling Care - Bethesda on April 3rd and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as I entered the facility, they were hosting a special event to celebrate Easter, and I was warmly welcomed and invited to join in the festivities. I had the opportunity to visit the facility, I am proud to say; the facility did not smell bad!! That’s an utter blessing!!! However, the Front desk supervisor, who’s office is to the left of the front desk and all of that assembled at the front desk will work there. We’re super rude and disrespectful.
