My mom was admitted and through a terrible mix up prior to Sterling it was just a pure mess but I met with Keisha Chase on two separate occasions and she worked non stop to get my moms situation right. She didn’t stop until she got the answers we needed and for that I thank her so much!!! Words cannot express how relieved I was to know my mother is good. So thanks so much and thank you too Ms Joy!!!!
Avoid this company if you care about your patients , sanity or wellbeing. I worked for this company a good month . Asked for a copy of my tb test and other work tests done they ignored me for weeks. I paid for those and should have rights to those . Nope . They do not have adequate supplies for their workers to even do the most good for their patients. Hr threw out supplies we needed on multiple occasions saying we should never have an excess of supplies around . Why? These people pay a fortune to stay here they deserve to h... read more
