After months of visiting this establishment i can confidently say the staff are rude and unmotivated to do their jobs. Will not help walk the elderly to the bathroom, encourage diaper use, then only change diapers once a day. Soiled diapers for hours, explains the stench of this place. Food is bad, medication times are inconsistent. He has gotten his afternoon medication anywhere from 12pm-1:55pm. They sit on facebook when there are call buttons pushed. I love sterling Care belair ,My Gna Doretha Taylor is very nice nice lovable person, she's goes out her way for me and any one else needs her help she's there .My name is Walter Barnes room 119B if you ever come here as k for Taylor's Way lol... she's the best family you ever want to have...
