If you have a choice of where to rent a car, keep in mind this company DOES NOT offer any assistance after hours. I tried to contact them on a Saturday, because I was locked out of the vehicle. I left a message and also a email for the manager that I had spoken with on Friday, because I was unable to add the vehicle to my EZ Pass account. The manager even said he would get back to me on Friday. All thanks to Ms.Shirley with helping me out for the 5th time getting a rental. She’s nice and very professional. I could have rented through enterprise my job but because of her professionalism I choose to rent from her.Thanks 🫡✌️
The lady who assisted me was very pleasant, they had all of my info from the last rental so the process was surprisingly easy. I would give 5 stars for the interaction with the great staff. However, I must instead do 2 stars due to a glaring and troubling part of the lease documentation. During the walk-around there were MANY scratches and dents, and the tires needed air. I requested a copy of the walk-around report so that I would not be acccused of any of the many scratches and dents or accused of running over a nail or so... read more
