Miss Peggy went out of her way to help me in an emergency situation. Stayed late and went above and beyond, sweetest and most amazing woman I’ve ever met! Sterling is lucky to have such an amazing employee!
Their cars were new, good, and decent prices if you're doing work with BoB Bell. Their staff was fair, though not friendly and could communicate more clearly. All paper processes makes for very slow check-in / out and my tire blew out while driving (which can happen, but still not a great rental car experience).
Had a nightmare with online rental “turo & nextcar” completely forgot about Sterling that I used years ago with no issue so came back and Will never go anywhere else Tammi & Peggy took wonderful care of us and did it quickly thank you both sooooo much
