I bought a 2022 bandit 18 XP and have dealt with repeated mechanical failures and costly downtime. The machine has been and out of service, forcing me to absorb expenses that no business owner should have to incur on a relatively new piece of equipment that’s under warranty. Worked with Ryan to purchase a track loader and excavator. Both machines came to us with immediate issues which needed resolved despite the fact that we told Ryan we would be taking the machine to the mountains in TN. My husband picked up the first machine and made it 20 miles before blowing a tire on the trailer. The trailer which Ryan assured us would be perfect to get the machine to TN on. The initial service is misleading. I bought my machine in the Columbia sc branch which I was mislead to belive they had the machine, 2035 compact with backhoe. They didn't have it and had to drive to Florence to pick up. After 48hrs. things started falling apart. Brought my machine to Columbia, where they said i had an axel leak. No leaks prior to dropoung ofd. They actually broke 2 parts that weren't an issue and had to order parts on 2 different occasions. They had my machine 6 weeks.
