Got lost on the 3rd floor, encountered engineering creatures in the microform room, found a secret room, then was told to leave by the security guard. An anonymous gentleman lent me a cigarette outside of the library
A great place to study
This gargantuan of a library is what makes me proud to be an Aggie. It’s always a joy to see thousands of students reading, studying, and socializing every day. There’s so many great services offered here, lots of bookable rooms (both individual and group), and the quiet floors are nice for students like me who need minimal distractions. I do wish they hadn’t removed all of the print books from the sixth floor. I use them frequently for studying and it’s nice to have them in an easily accessible location.
