They know us by our names - excellent personal banking. We feel like we’re loaded:) Best interest rate for money market, comparable to CD rates.
Horrible experience with this bank. My account was being charged $100+ was just because I didn't opt-in their electronic statement. So every paper statement they send out they charge $3+ to my account. I hope they go out of business.
