I love them!! Someone answers the phone and they have been super to work with. Our last bank was purchased by a bigger bank and the service went downhill super fast. Great to have it back here.

They were awful!! Do not use this bank!! My mother-in-law gets social security and there was a mix up and she had no money in account and they wouldn't even cover $2!!!! They wouldn't pay it, gave her a fee and let it come thru again and didn't pay and gave her another fee and wouldn't allow a hold on her account! They are crooks and I will make sure to let everyone I know what they did!!
