On December 4, your company forced me to make a double payment or face late charges and more of a mess than was already going on with this account. Sterling Bank is the absolute worst. Technology is old. ATMs at locations are down 50% of the time. Horrible customer service when you call. Your new automated Sky service is horrible. It takes 45 min to get to a live person. Zelle barely works (have gotten erroneous kickouts for no reason at all). Horrible that Astoria Bank merged with this piece of 💩 bank.
