On December 4, your company forced me to make a double payment or face late charges and more of a mess than was already going on with this account. I spent a ludicrous amount of time on the phone with your "customer service" people who were of NO HELP and KNEW NOTHING OF HOW TO SOLVE A PROBLEM, but were very good at TRANSFERRING TO OTHER REPS WHO ALSO WERE OF NO HELP AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT TO DO. Sterling Bank is the absolute worst. Technology is old. ATMs at locations are down 50% of the time. Horrible customer service when you call. Your new automated Sky service is horrible. It takes 45 min to get to a live person. Zelle barely works (have gotten erroneous kickouts for no reason at all). Horrible that Astoria Bank merged with this piece of 💩 bank. Today was the last straw...
