The Bankers were courteous and helpful.
My biggest issue is that the branch manager has a very bad attitude. I have witnessed her speaking belligerently and disrespectfully to both customers and employees.... disgusting.
Staff is friendly and gives off positive energy. Very atypical of bank employees and so refreshing in that way. UPDATED: The merger really took my interest out of Astoria Bank
