Professional, courteous, friendly atmosphere is warm and inviting
I've never encountered a bank with such outstanding customer service. My mother opened a checking account and safety deposit box at the Cape Girardeau branch and we've had nothing but a positive experience. The tellers are attentive and very kind. Also, when I came in to be added to my mother's safety deposit box, the back office staff were extremely kind and answered all of my questions.
