There are two employees that I would like to give an outstanding review towards. Julie, and Wella at the Clayton, MO location. I have had some financial difficulties over the last few months, and Julie was nothing but understanding and helpful when I needed to resolve some issues on my account. Have been doing business with Sterling Bank in Clayton for years and will continue to do so. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient with each transaction. I appreciate everything they do for me!
In the past, we have had business and personal accounts at multiple financial institutions. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff greets you by name when you walk in, the attention to detail and responsiveness is unmatched.
