This place is a SCAM!!! Please do not sign a contract with this company. You’ll be locked in for 5 years (Even though they said 1) regardless if your business closes. You can’t get ahold of anybody directly.
We've been a long time Stericycle customer - we have 4 locations in the north central Louisiana area. Over the past 3 years, our account manager has moved from a local person, to Mississippi, to Texas, to Chicago. They are difficult to reach. Everyone sends you to a call center that's located in another hemisphere. We received an invoice in which the line items didn't add up to the total. We called and opened a ticket with accounting. I tried to call the company phone number to file a complaint on a driver but can't get anyone without being a customer. The driver for the West Bert Kouns route pulled out in front of me and my child today coming from a vet office. I had to slam on my brakes and almost hit him because he pulled out and then took his sweet time almost coming to a complete stop in the road as he was crossing.
