This company is the worst company I have ever worked with, I contacted them for a one time service for 30-40 banker boxes of shredding. I made an appointment for Dec 6th NO ONE SHOWED UP. then a week later someone calls me and says i'm 10 minutes out. I said why I was ready for you last week and no one came, Now i have the boxes put away and no one in the office. This company is practices fraudulent billing, they have created multiple accounts for our company and have billed for services under all of them. We currently have auto-pay set up and have provided them with proof of payment but they somehow deny the actual bank statements showing proof of payment for their services. As someone else added in their review, they will add "Emergency Collections" to your account stating that they had a pick-up when we have never had to actually utilize the service once. The WORST company we have EVER worked with. They will try to over-charge you every month for "additional stops" when there have been none at ALL and then try to gaslight you when you try to get them to fix it. We have attempted to cancel with them about 4 times now and they have "no record" of that. Absolutely WILD and we will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Safe yourself some time, stress, and money and go with someone else.

6 YEAR CUSTOMER CANCELING. Same as others in reviews. Spoke to several individuals on why we wanted to cancel our service when we called 90 days prior to renewal. (They say 60 days notice in order to cancel) No-one called us back. On April 1st (day of apparent "auto renewal" the new representative named Heather called and distracted my manager with an upsell.
