DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT VENDOR. This company does not care about their customers. They refuse to communicate, when you escalate a ticket no one responds. Our clinic has tried for 6 weeks to get them to come for a pickup after they missed an appointment and we still can't get this resolved.
Would not recommend their services to my worst enemy. Their outsourced "customer service" is garbage, sales people are a joke.
Be careful everybody. Dont thrust this company. I did not have not contract and I could not cancel that easy. It took me six months to cancel this account with this company. Be careful everybody. There better companies out there.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is not “user friendly” in any way! Not only are they the most expensive service in orlando; they are practically non-responsive to calls and account inquiries. Our hospital was sold, so at first we were trying to transfer our account. That was nearly impossible after 3 phone calls, and an email that basically went unanswered. Received notice from Stericycle that I needed to set up new account today. Created my new login and pw and then had to call to enroll in paperless billing because the website enroll button wasn't working. The rep I got was not knowledgeable and I was on hold for 20 mins. Then I told her I added my credit card for auto-pay and asked why I couldn't enroll it that feature. I was transferred to a "specialist".
