Don’t waste your time with this company, because they certainly want to waste yours. Unprofessional drivers, terrible customer service, no one can ever help when you have an issue, missed pickups that had to be rescheduled and then tried to charge me for the rescheduled pickup. Final straw was when they called me asking me to alter my business hours to better suit their pickup drivers schedule. Terrible Business! 0/5 stars

This company automatically signed you up for a 5 years contract which you are not allowed to terminate. Not good for small businesses; instead, use Biotrain in Georgia. Steri Cycle is an example of cooperate greed, they are still contacting my practice to pay for a service I discontinued 15 months ago. I provided a 60 days termination notice as stated in their policy, but was told, you can not terminate the contract, until the 60 months term has expired. Run....horrible company....!!! I used this company once years ago for my business, with no problem. However, they have been incredibly horrible to work with (June 2025) in resolving a problem. I was quoted $150 to come to my home to shred my documents. They sent me an invoice for $194.10. I called and explained to them that I was quoted $150 and that they had added a bunch of surcharges on the invoice. I asked to dispute it. Stericycle is truly one of the most frustrating businesses to deal with! Their customer service is abysmal, and they consistently fail to resolve issues. They have no regard for your business or your time. Communication is lacking, and they take your money without delivering the promised services. This company is nothing short of a nightmare! They don’t even deserve 1 star.
