Do not contract with Sterecycle. You can do better save yourself the stress. Dealing with them will take years off your life.
I have tried to cancel our contract since March and the only response I receive is more service tickets. I don't want to keep calling and asking to cancel only to get a new service ticket number (that will never be followed up on) and then billed monthly invoices for a service I DONT WANT ANYMORE.
