Called last week to ask for additional bins at next pick up. NO additional bins brought to pick up. Had to call again today. It's like talking to a wall & getting no where with that.
Was at a medical clinic and came outside to leave to see their truck parked in the middle of the parking lot right behind my car giving me no way to get out. After going inside to try and get someone to move it he finally came outside and said “give me five minutes” after I had already been waiting for 30 without him every returning.
If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. I manage an ENT practice (ENT Associates of Al.- feel free to contact me with questions), and we use them to dispose of our waste. They have overcharged us, lied to us, and tried to keep us in a contract that we wanted out of. Steer clear.
