Apparently this company is no longer in business, have been trying to get ahold of them for two days and get nothing but a busy signal.
We have been with this company for many years and have not had any bad experience in regards to the tech that comes in a picks up the container. However, as I do not personally pay the bills each month I recently discovered that Stericycle Fees have increased by a major amount. We are supposedly on the economic plan with an associated fee of $2,500.00 annually. You would think that is a reasonable fee for a monthly pickup.
