Terrible customer service since being bought out last year. Fraudulent charges to my account for pick ups that never happened. Customer service representatives not very knowledgeable or helpful to solve problems. Website for self service, does not work. Would not recommend!
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t get them to do a medical waste pickup for at least eight months after signing up and paying my bill, they stated there was a problem with transferring my contract to their new system and wouldn’t come and kept claiming they were looking into my case, I made several phone calls that were over an hour each. Where to start? First they hit me with a bait and switch. Told me service for medical waste (Sharps Containers) was $85 per year. Then as I'm getting ready to place my order I receive a new quote for $169.92. I complained and then received a call from the rep saying they don't do service contracts like this anymore for $85. He also was recording our conversation (UNPROFESSIONAL). With how many poor reviews this company has, I am surprised they are still running. I don't post negative reviews unless I receive negative experiences on multiple occasions. This is my fourth time interacting with this company and it is never a good experience. Not only are they unprofessional and rude, but they poorly communicate their schedules so you never know when they are going to show up.
