One of the worst ever company to get any service done. 2 months to have one scheduled for pickup. Creating an account and have it set up was a nightmare. Incompetence written all over. King county should find a different vendor. Utterly disappointing. - If you notice , they copy paste the same response to reviews, and they don't respond to the emails sent to their feedback team. These guys are really very ineffective in the service they provide.
We are a business that only needs a pickup maybe 5-10 times a year, I pay a monthly service charge to be able to call them those maybe 5 times a year and request a dispatch to pick up waste. Its disheartening when I need a pick up on 4.22 and I can't schedule online because it shows no dates available for four weeks, haven't even recieved a call back from the "ticket" I put in or the follow up email after no response, or the second phone call phone tree just to be told "they'll call you back."so I'm still not scheduled and i... read more
We had been using Stericycle for many years without incident. However, it seems that in the last few years, their service has deteriorated, in terms of coming when scheduled and then making excuses of not being in the area. In addition, they refuse to "touch" the biohazard and insist that our staff do all of the work that Stericycle used to do. Been trying to setup an account with Jeff Heilig, never get any response. Went to the local location in Kent, WA same thing, HAVE TO CONTACT THAT GUY!!!!. Try online, the lady Nadia Porter not helpful at all and stop responding. What kind of company is that???
