Honestly, this was way more difficult than it needed to be. We were told multiple times that morning pickups weren’t an option, including when we asked about scheduling further out. Then somehow a morning appointment was scheduled anyway - and the confirmation was sent to the wrong email, so we had no idea it even existed. We have a small business and I do not recommend Stericycle at all. I have years and years of stories, but all you really need to know is that pick ups are not consistent, they show up when you don’t want them there and don’t show up when you need them there. Their solution to any problem is a new contract, which traps you into staying with them longer than you would like. When I try to reschedule our pickup because our box is not full, you have to call and go through about 6 different prompts, then you get a customer service rep after being on hold, then they will reschedule. They always say to use their online reschedule feature but it does not work! Definitely difficult to work with! Find another company.
