Everything is fine the driver is very friendly and efficient on his job.
We left our previous medical waste disposal service because they would not show up for months and when repeatedly called (calls go to call center), they would schedule a pickup and still not show up (but continued to charge for services not rendered). We decided to go with Stericycle. When setting up our account, the gentleman repeatedly agreed the issues with the past company were something they would not repeat. Now here we are.
